EDC conducts various programmes to foster the Entrepreneurial spirit amongst the students of our institution and the community. The programmes are carried out by conducting Entrepreneurship Awareness Camps (EACs), which can be both general and technically–specific in nature.
The aim of the programmes are to apprise the participants about the various Entrepreneurial opportunities that the existent and the support they can drive from EDC and all the agencies, organizations which work with us.

To be a well recognized centre of excellence for entrepreneurship development to create successful entrepreneurs.
Mission-
To foster entrepreneurial thinking, promote, facilitate the business knowledge. Develop aspiring entrepreneurs into motivated, ethical and dynamic business leaders.
Objectives
- To inculcate within the faculty and the students the need and importance of Enterprise Development.
- To promote culture of innovation to enterprise among the students.
- To enable students to remain self-reliant in their employment.
- Foster within the academic community the ability to provide innovative technological and business ideas and connect them to peers, mentors and incubators.
- Provide the facilities and trainings for the skill development with formal education.
- To strive for building a rapport with the leading educational institutes who are well versed with EDC.
- Nurture the social entrepreneurship by providing hands on training.
- Develop self-esteem of young entrepreneurs through mentorship, alumni’s and networks.
Goals-
- For the first one year, establishing start-up culture and carrying out various events.
- For the next 2 years hopefully, we can have a few credible ideas of start-ups along with a proper plan coming up.
How ED-cell is beneficial to the students?
- Students get better idea of how business is conducted in real life. They get an exposure to live problems and how to go about solving them. ED-cell not only helps students who want to be entrepreneurs but also other students as life lessons of the real world are taught through e-cell.
- Unplaced final year students can reap the benefits as well. These students can acquire various skills along with proper understanding of entrepreneurship and can start something of their own.
- Various technical inventions and research business ideas could be funded once, ED-cell starts running in full fledge. This would be a major boost for EDC as it would enhance its reputation.
- Live examples in the form of entrepreneur speakers will inspire students to fulfill their dream.
- This will help EDC to become an organization where free flow of ideas takes place along with academic excellence. EDC will truly become a symbol of freedom and excellence. EDC can also become the alma mater of various entrepreneurs.
- By participating in E-workshops in various colleges our students with their innovative ideas can win awards and increase the reputation of our college.
STUDENTS MEMBERSHIP:-
Students can join as members in EDC by paying the membership fees of Rs.300 (for second year students) and Rs.200 (for final year students).

The Reprographic Center is established Under the scheme of campus company by EDC with the cost of Rs. 2,05,540 on 16.12.2019 at our campus.
