Institution of Engineers (India) Student Chapter

Institution of Engineers (India) Student Chapter is started with 60 members in our college during 2018 in the Chapter ID number of 638315/SPC.

Mr.R.Parthipan, Lecturer (Sel.Gr)/Civil Engineering and Mr.V.Manimuthu, W/S Instructor, Civil Engineering are acting as Advisor and coordinator for the chapter.

The inaugural function / Awareness programme was conducted on 11.09.2018.

Dr.C.Venkatesh, Honorary Secretary, IEI- Erode Local Centre has honoured the programme as Chief Guest and addressed the members.

ACADEMIC YEAR: 2021-2022:

An online special lecture on “PROSPECTS AND IMPORTANCE OF IEI MEMBERS” was conducted by Dr.KUMARAVELAN, Professor and Head, Mechanical Engineering, Velalar College of Engineering & Technology, Erode on 09.10.2021.The presidential address is given by Dr.N.THANGAVELU, Principal of our College. The welcome address is delivered by Er.R.PARTHIPAN, Advisor, IEI – PSC of our college. The vote of thanks is given by the student Selvi.S.AMSAVENI, Final Year Civil Engineering.
