Diploma in  Agricultural Technology is an ancient engineering field which laid the foundations for the development of other engineering fields. Agricultural engineers play a vital role in the development of agriculture and land development for so many other fields. The department aims at producing quality engineers with sound technical knowledge and awareness of the latest advancements in existing and emerging technologies. This Diploma course on Agricultural Technology emphasis the dream of our Founder Padmabushan Dr.N.Mahalingam. Our chairman started agro Industries and Technical Industries in rural area, and this course ”Agricultural Technology” is serving Rural farmers in a big way on Farm technology Transfer and imparting Technical Education. With pride we state that ours is the only polytechnic college in Tamil Nadu offering diploma in Agricultural Technology with full-fledged support of farm machineries and test fields.

• Our department is fully equipped with various laboratory equipments worth Rs 15 lakhs.
